Ok, the exhaust system is done (needs some finishing touches) and the engine RUNS!!!
Broke in the cam while monitoring mixture and rpm. Will adjust valves and change the oil tomorrow.

Here's another rear shot

I mounted a lambda (O2 or similar to it) sensor at the collector. Makes it for easy mixture tuning and monitoring.
So far I'm using a multimeter to measure output, no gauge yet (friend is working on that)

DAMMIT! I had to drop the engine once after I started it the first time, it suddenly started making HORRIBLE mechanical noise. I had forgotten to properly tighten the flywheel bolts, and the flywheel was about to fall off.. yay! As if that wasn't enough, when I put the engine back in, my TO bearing got pushed off the fork and I didn't notice it until the engine was back in. Well.. drop it again and replace the TO retainer clip. Nothing broke.

This pic shows you how the apron (whole rear clip) fits. Plenty of room for the exhaust, I made sure there'd be some extra room.

View from behind, muffler not attached.

Time to call it a day.. and take a shower.. (or three..) DAMN
(that's not a tan line on my wrist there, hahahaha)
