Hinge pin replacement, removable pin. Drive the old one out with a punch (avoid too much violence, the hinge post may bend) and push this one in and you're done. I had to make it a little thinner with sandpaper to get it to slide on easily. (and off.. I do a lot of engine work and this car sees several engines every summer)
